She chose to niche right away by specializing in accounting for wineries, breweries, and distilleries. It makes sense the that industries she supports (wine clubs, brewery tours, festivals) are the industries she desires to serve.
Wine and craft beer is a large niche market, particularly in the Pacific Northwest. Now add craft distilleries and the people making kick ass hard cider and there are a lot of companies who could use a little help in their accounting departments. Accounting doesn’t have to be difficult or stressful. Businesses have enough to concentrate on without being concerned that debits and credits don’t match.
