In Episode 118, Jason Blumer and Greg Kyte welcome Eric Majchrzak to the show.  Succession planning feels heavy and something we think we will have time to do later.  However, it is never too early to start and takes a lot of strategy to think through.  Eric is currently working through a succession plan at his firm BeachFleischman and shares advice based on his journey.

Eric Majchrzak is the CEO-elect and chief marketing & strategy officer for Arizona-based BeachFleischman PC, a “Top 200 Largest Firm in the U.S.” He is responsible for the firm’s overall strategic growth initiatives, including innovation, business model transformation, product/service development, M&A, joint ventures and marketing.
