In this episode, Jason Blumer and Greg Kyte share a little of what they have been learning from some of the books they’ve recently read. Greg talks about Brene Brown’s Book, The Gifts of Imperfection. He also shares some key lessons from a book called Yes to The Mess: Surprising Leadership Lessons from Jazz by Frank Barrett. The more Jason heard Greg talk about this book, the more he wanted to read it for himself.
Then Jason shared how he applies lessons learned in Influence by Robert Cialdini when talking with potential new clients. The last book they discuss is one of Jason’s favorites, Zero to One, by Peter Thiel.
Thank you to our sponsors Avalara and ZohoBooks. Greg Kyte says Avalara is the Prozac of sales tax compliance. Listen to the show to find out why!
