Top 10 Ways to Get the Most out of your Thriveal Membership (Part 2)

Julie recently shared a quote with the team that “Hard is not the same thing as bad.”  In fact, hard can be good.  “Hard” can give us pause to evaluate things in our life and push us to make positive changes.  “Hard” can also help us realize that we don’t need to do life or business alone.

Thriveal is for the entrepreneurial firm owner, and while firm entrepreneurs sometimes face similar situations, everyone’s approach is different.  Jason and Julie are always telling members that in Thriveal, we don’t teach a certain way to run a firm.  We come together as a community of like minded people to support each other.  Barrett Young, Partner at Garbelman Winslow CPAs said, “Had I not found Thriveal when I did.  I wouldn’t be in the profession today.”

Here are a few more ways to make sure you are taking advantage of the support network that is Thriveal.

    1. Make friends!

We aren’t just here to count beans. That’s why Thriveal hosts the occasional Happy Hour for our members. Whether your preferred drink is alcoholic or non, we always have fun together. And there might even be an annual Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest…

Rachel Smith, owner of Books on Point, said, “It isn’t easy for entrepreneurial accountants to find their people.  Well, this is where they are.”

    1. Pick Jason & Julie’s brains!

Seriously, they don’t mind. Ask them all the questions. You have personal access to Jason and Julie in a small-group setting to discuss firm issues with them and other firm owners. Jason and Julie share their from-the-heart, behind-the-scenes experiences as accounting firm owners on a private monthly podcast you will only hear in the community (called the Fine Line podcast). Take advantage of these sessions, because it might be the only time Jason & Julie are actually sitting still!

    1. Get your questions answered!

Entrepreneurship is a tough journey and sometimes you just need someone to guide you step-by-step. Thriveal can provide you with just that, in the form of 1-on-1 coaching for however long you like. You’ll have times to be in private settings and small breakouts with members, as well as times to see each other live to really ask those hard questions. And our programs, like Foundations and Scaling Groups, walk you through growing your firm. Pick the option that will give you the support you need and get your questions answered.
