Event Ticket Policies

1) If you are not able to attend a ticketed event, please notify the Thriveal Team ASAP.
2) We can transfer your ticket to the same event for the following year as long as we are notified within 90 days of the event date.
3) You can only transfer your ticket once…it can not be transferred year after year.
4) You may also choose to transfer your ticket to another person within 30 days of the event.
