CONDUCT POLICIES

Expected Behavior

• Treat all attendees with respect and consideration
• Be considerate and respectful of others
• Avoid personal attacks directed toward other attendees, sponsors, vendors or team
• Be mindful of your surroundings and of others when speaking on the phone and please make all phone calls and zoom calls outside or in designated areas
• Alert on-premises security personnel and/or Thriveal staff if you notice a dangerous situation or someone clearly in distress
• Respect the rules and policies of the event venue(s)

Unacceptable Behavior

• Sexual harassment or violence in any form
• Possession of a weapon or any item that can be used as a weapon
• Discriminatory jokes and language based on sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, gender identity, religion/creed, national origin or political views
• Failure to obey any rules or regulations of the event venue
• Disruption of the event in any way
• Drinking in an irresponsible manner or giving drinks to anyone under 21
• No outside persons are allowed in the events unless an additional attendee ticket was purchased for them. 
• Children are not allowed to attend these events

CONSEQUENCES FOR UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

Attendees/sponsors who are asked to stop their behavior will be expected to comply immediately. If an attendee or participant continues, Thriveal Staff will take whatever actions it deems appropriate, including removal from event without refund, disqualification from attending future events, or notification of on-premises security or local law enforcement as necessary.

EVENT TICKET POLICIES

Incubator

• If you are not able to attend Incubator, please notify the Thriveal Team ASAP.
• We can transfer your ticket to the same event for the following year as long as we are notified within 90 days of the event date.
• You can only transfer your ticket once…it can not be transferred year after year.
• You may also choose to transfer your ticket to another person within 30 days of the event.

Deeper Weekend

• If you are not able to attend a Deeper Weekend, please notify the Thriveal Team ASAP.
• We can transfer your ticket to the same event for the following year as long as we are notified within 90 days of the event date.
• You can only transfer your ticket once…it can not be transferred year after year.
• You may also choose to transfer your ticket to another person within 30 days of the event.
