Introduction
The idea behind the Incubator is to take entrepreneurs through a bootcamp style learning in a short period of time. The event takes new firm entrepreneurs or those ready to shake their leadership up through an intense journey of learning. Experience three full 9-hour days, 8 modules of foundational learning, and being led and coached by partners Jason Blumer and Julie Shipp. The education has been developed by Thriveal and taught for years to many firm entrepreneurs. The Incubator employs group work, individual work, case studies, practice sessions, and individual coaching when time allows.

We have chosen 8 categories of learning that we believe are key to moving any firm forward. These are all taught from the instructors’ own experience in running and leading their own firm for 20 years.

All CPE from Thriveal is NASBA certified and solely focused on the entrepreneurial education all firm owners need to be successful.

Imagine sitting in a room for 3 full days with other firm entrepreneurs sharing transparently their ups and downs. Entrepreneurs leading firms from every aspect of their journey of entrepreneurship from many walks of life. No one is trumping anyone, bragging, or one-upping anyone. Everyone is humbly learning how to grow.

Thriveal solely produces entrepreneurial CPE courses and programs for firm owners. That's it. There are no tax, accounting, or technology courses here. We teach growth, the ups and downs, the intricacies, the principles and practices of how to do it. The Incubator is a one-of-a-kind program for the profession.

Our content and materials come from the bowels of the Blumer firm, and there are many examples of real team interactions, growth ups and downs, "how we do it in the Blumer firm" and transparently sharing what has not worked. You'll sign an NDA because "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas." Come hear the real stories of growth at the Incubator.
