We started the Incubator as a way to incubate firms in key foundational models that allow firms to be successful. To get through all of the education, the Incubator is a 2.5 day firm-building intensive where we learn how to build our firms up until 7 pm each night! Marketing is a long game so there is patience to be developed to see fruit from the seeds that you plant. The other side of that coin is selling, where you come face to face with someone who wants you to convince them to pay you so that you can serve them. You may niche, focus, post on socials, and brand yourself; but whatever you do, you will have to position & persuade those you are meant to serve.

Every firm’s path to building their team will look different, so you have to avoid copying someone else’s team structure. We’ll teach models of risk-taking and teach you how to employ the concept of ‘leverage’ in your growth. You’ll assess risks vs. rewards to evaluate whether you are making the right moves at the right time. Whether scaling, acquiring, or merging, it all comes from taking risks.
