We are excited to have you join us at Deeper Weekend this year! Please share any shipments you will have sent to us in advance for storage.

We are happy to accept a total of up to 4 boxes, no bigger than 15x12x10 inches.

All shipments must be received by October 1, 2024.

Please fill out this form to let us know what we need to be on the lookout for from you. All items that we receive by October 1st will be on your table in the Sponsor Hall the morning of sponsor set-up, October 24th at 7am.

If we do not receive a shipping logistics form from you, we will assume you will be bringing everything with you for sponsor set-up.
