Show Notes:

In Episode 72, Jason Blumer and Greg Kyte tackle the mergers and acquisitions frenzy. They consider if acquiring a firm be a way to break through a growth ceiling, if buying a firm means buying a culture, and why selling a firm as a retirement plan is risky. Then Allan Koltin, the undisputed expert on this topic, joins them to shed some light on ways to prepare for buying or selling and current trends for mergers and acquisitions.
