Fast growth with continued control over your firm can be found in the path of acquisition. But what are you buying, really?
Sell
There are many creative ways to sell your firm (or put yourself up for sale). An assumption is that you are passing the baton. Is it time to exit?
Merge
Merging leads to many choices you must define. Risk, diversification, new markets, etc. Are you merging up, in, or down?
Scale
Scaling stands alone from the choices to grow by one client at a time. Will you stay the course when the going gets tough?
