State boards of accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org
Thriveal, LLC CPE Refund Policy
All courses will be offered with a 75% money back guarantee (if credit hours are given) so that those taking the courses can be assured of their quality and our commitment to excellence in teaching. Before giving a refund, we will attempt to resolve any unhappy students’ complaints by offering complementary courses that may further meet their needs. We will charge a fee to take CPE within our system.
Thriveal, LLC CPE Complaint Resolution Policy
The Thriveal CPA Network offers a 100% unconditional guarantee on the courses offered through our Network. Should a student complain about a course, we will first seek to resolve the issue with the student. If the student is still unhappy, we will offer an additional class of equal value and credits. Thriveal, LLC CPE Cancellation Policy
All CPE policies will be discreetly displayed on the Thriveal CPE website and available for all students to read before taking any CPE courses. Ten days (10) electronic notice will be given to all participants should a course need to be cancelled. A 100% credit will be issued for the course, which can then be applied to another Thriveal CPE course.
