  • Love You Guys

Show Notes:

Jason and Greg talk about the Firm of the Future and how it goes beyond value pricing. Greg was a little surprised to learn that even small firms can outsource their tax preparation. Jason does not believe that outsourcing is unethical, but Greg disagrees. Both agree that firms refusing to outsource will be left behind in the future. Jason tries to explain how CPAs will fill their time when they all outsource their returns.

Jason and Greg hear from Tim Williams about his background and the strategies he teaches ad agencies to use. They also discuss when companies can have a niche. Can you do it from the start? Keywords for the discussion are: strategy, branding, and value.
