There’s talk of extending the first time home buyer’s credit past the expiration date of November 30, 2009. I’ve read that the extension might be for a few months (or even longer). Either way, you may not even have to close by the “new” deadline, whatever that is… you only need to have signed the contract to buy the house.
I wonder if lawmakers will try to extend this new and improved super home buyer’s credit to non-first time home buyer’s. I doubt it.
